Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to receive my package?

Craft kits and photo booth signs are generally ready to ship within 24 hours. Personalized items may take 2-3 business days. Stick prop orders will take 2-5 days depending on the size of your order.

You're always welcome to reach out to us about your specific order! And if you have an urgent need, please make us aware and we'll do what we can to accommodate it.

U.S. Orders:
First Class Mail, 2-4 days for delivery
Priority Mail, 2–3 days for delivery
Express Mail, 1-2 days for delivery

If you purchase Express Mail shipping, we will ship your order within 24 business hours. Therefore if you place an Express Mail order on Tuesday, it will ship on Wednesday with delivery happening on Thursday or Friday. If you place an Express Mail order on Friday, it will ship on Monday, with delivery happening on Tuesday to most locations.

Tracking information will be automatically sent to your e-mail address on the day your order has been shipped.

Do you ship international?

Yes, we are happy to ship internationally!

First Class, 6–10 business days for delivery to Canada.
One to three weeks average delivery elsewhere.
Time varies for Customs.

Please note: Some countries charge an import tax for orders coming from the United States. If applicable, this tax will be need to be paid by the buyer at the time of the order's arrival to the destination.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards.

Do you take refunds or exchanges?

If you have any issues with something you've ordered from us, we accept refunds on all non-custom items. Just return the item(s) in unused condition within seven days of receipt, and upon arrival we will reimburse the items' purchase price. You will be responsible for shipping costs. Personalized & custom items are non-refundable.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. Most craft kits have bulk prices worked into their listing. For bulk prices on props, please use the form on this page to contact us.

Is the plastic safe?

Yes! We use BPA- and phthalate-free plastic. All stick props are molded in hard plastic, which makes them very durable and easy to sanitize.

Do you combine shipping costs?

Yes, shipping is automatically combined when you add multiple items to your cart.

Can I place a custom order?

Absolutely! We welcome new ideas for both craft themes and props. We can create custom prop colors to match an event theme, create custom props and even order wooden dowels in unique lengths to suit your needs.

One of my props arrived broken. What should I do?

Contact us for repair instructions. Sometimes it's an easy fix! If heavy damage occurred to your package, please ask us about making an insurance claim to USPS.

I can't find the answer to my question. What should I do?

Email us with your question. We'll respond as soon as we are able!
